Missing meaning in your mission?
"We believe the most important work in any organisation happens in the conversations people aren't quite having yet. Our workshops for organisations create the conditions for those conversations to happen."
What is Culture Coaching?
High performance and low morale aren't opposites. In a lot of organisations, they're colleagues. The question isn't whether your people can do the work. It's whether the work means something to them.
Culture Coaching is the space between your strategy and your people. We work with leadership teams, HR directors, and founders on the conversations about trust, meaning, and leadership that never quite make it onto the agenda.
We bring those conversations into the room through workshops for organisations, executive coaching, and facilitated experiences built around your people and your context. We hold them with care, challenge them with rigour, and help your people move forward with greater clarity and connection.
Build Your Culture Coaching Experience.
“We created four workshops for organisations experiences and our flagship coaching programme to bridge the gap between meaning and the workplace. Each one is tailored to your organisation, your people, your context, your goals.”
Meaning at Work
Workshop · Half-day or Full-day
For teams and leaders asking whether the work still feels worth doing. We explore what genuinely motivates your people, where purpose has gone quiet, and how to rebuild a culture where contribution feels real, not just required.
£950 half-day · £1,650 full-day + VAT Best for: leadership teams, away days & culture change.
Leadership With Humanity
Workshop · Half-day or Full-day
This isn't a skills session. It's a thinking space for executives, senior leaders, and founders. We explore how your story shapes your leadership and where you may be ready to lead differently.
£950 half-day · £1,650 full-day + VAT Best for: C-suite, senior leadership teams & founders.
Trust & Communication
Workshop · Half-day or Full-day
When trust breaks down it rarely announces itself. It shows up as avoidance, assumption, and quiet disengagement. We surface what isn't being said and help teams find a better way through.
£950 half-day · £1,650 full-day + VAT Best for: post-restructure teams, teams in transition, morale & culture.
Executive Coaching
1-2-1 Professional Coaching · For senior leaders
Leadership at the highest level isn't just a set of skills. It's a way of being. Most executive coaching focuses on what you do. This focuses on who you are becoming as a leader and whether the two are still aligned.
A confidential, professionally held space to explore the deeper questions that don't make it into the boardroom. About identity, direction, and what success is actually costing you.
£450 per session or £4500 for a 3-month programme (12 sessions) Best for: CEOs, directors, senior leaders & founders.
Identity & Transition
Workshop · Half-day or Full-day
Organisational change creates an invisible crisis of identity. People ask not just what is changing, but who they are within it. We help individuals and teams move through transition with honesty and practical depth.
£950 half-day · £1,650 full-day + VAT Best for: redundancy & role change, AI (Artificial Intelligence) restructuring & re-onboarding.

This is not a training day. It is a sustained investment in your people and in the culture you are building around them.

How it works
When you get in touch through our contact page or book a free 30-minute organisational enquiry call. There’s no pitch or pressure. Just an honest conversation about what your organisation needs and if our programs are right for you.
01
YOU REACH OUT
Before we design anything, we take time to understand your people individually, your culture holistically, and what is really going on beneath the surface. Not just what you want to achieve but what is really getting in the way.
02
WE LISTEN
We come with an evidence based structure, a clear philosophy and expert coaches. We shape the work around yours so that when your people are in the room, it feels like it was made for them, because it was.
03
OUR TEAMS BUILD TOGETHER
04
WE CREATE MEANINGFUL CHANGE
Our coaches and facilitators show up fully. They hold the room with warmth and challenge. We then create the conditions for honest conversation, genuine reflection, and human connection that shifts something meaningful.
05
OUR WORK BECOMES YOURS
The sessions end, but the work doesn't. What we build together becomes part of how your people think, lead, and show up for each other. A change in how your organisation moves forward, and all our services come with options for ongoing support.
You're Investing in Your People. We Take That Seriously.
Our coaches and facilitators are accredited practitioners, formally trained, ethically committed. Selected for their exceptional skill and ability to combine warmth with authority, compassion with rigour, and relational intelligence, our coaches hold the highest standards.
Every engagement is grounded in evidence-informed practice drawn from coaching psychology, existential philosophy, and narrative identity research. This is the Logos philosophy in action, real development that changes how people think, lead, and work.
You lead an Organisation and you know something needs to shift, but you're not sure where to begin.
You're an HR or People director who is tired of training days that don't change anything.
You run a Leadership Team that is high-performing on paper and disconnected in practice.
You're a Founder who has built something meaningful and you want to make sure the culture grows with it.
You're navigating change. A restructure, a merger, a period of growth and you want your people to come through it stronger.
You understand that the most important work happens in the conversations nobody is having.
You want your culture to reflect your values, not just display them on a wall.
You know that growth without meaning is just movement.
This Work Is For You If...
-
"I've attended a lot of leadership development days. Most of them feel like something that happens to you. This felt like something that happened for me. Our team left the room talking differently to each other and three months later, we still are. We felt like work mates before. Now we feel like a family”
- Sarah Mitchell, CEO, Technology Sector
-
"As an HR director I'm always sceptical of anything that promises a ‘culture change’. What Logos delivered wasn't a slideshow, it was a intimate process. A thoughtful, challenging, and genuinely tailored program. The conversations it unlocked during the 8 weeks were ones we'd been avoiding for years. Not only that, but our SLT have now developed quarterly practices that have improved our retention rates exponentially. A game changer“
- James Okafor, HR Director, Financial Services
-
"I came into the executive coaching thinking I needed help with my leadership style. What I actually needed was to understand the story I was telling myself about what leadership had to look like. That shift changed everything. How I show up for my team, how I make decisions, and honestly, how I feel about the work."
- Rachel Thornton, Founder & Managing Director
-
"We brought Logos in during a difficult restructure. I wasn't sure what to expect because by their own omission, they do things a bit unconventionally. But what they created was a space where people could be honest about what they were feeling without it becoming chaos. It’s such a rare skill. Our staff felt heard and what really mattered more than anything else was that they didn’t fix the programme in our vision. They gave them the perfect space to create their own ideas about how they would like our workplace to look on a micro level. It was honestly the best thing we could have done in that moment."
- David Mensah, Operations Director, Charity Sector
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Culture Coaching is our term for organisational development that goes beyond skills training. We use workshops, executive coaching, and facilitated experiences to help teams communicate better, lead more honestly, and build cultures where people actually want to do their best work.
-
Training providers deliver content. We facilitate change. There are no slide decks full of generic frameworks. Every session is built around your organisation, your people, and what is specifically getting in the way of the culture you want to build.
-
No. Book a free enquiry call and tell us what you're noticing. We'll help you work out what you need from there.
-
A half-day workshop is three to four hours. A full-day is six to seven hours. The Logos Signature Programme runs over approximately eight to ten weeks depending on scheduling. All timelines are agreed before anything begins.
-
Standard workshops accommodate up to 10 participants. The Logos Signature Programme runs with cohorts of 5–10. For larger groups contact us to discuss bespoke options.
-
Frame it around outcomes, not process. Boards respond to retention, performance, and culture risk, all of which are directly affected by how connected your people feel to their work. The evidence is clear: disengaged teams cost more, perform less, and leave sooner. Culture Coaching is an investment in reducing that risk and building an organisation where your best people want to stay and grow. If it helps, we are happy to provide a one-page summary of our approach and outcomes that you can share with decision-makers.
-
Yes to both. We deliver at your location, fully online, or in a hybrid format. Travel expenses for in-person delivery outside London are agreed in advance.
-
Contact us directly. We reserve a small number of places each year for charities and mission-led organisations at reduced rates. We can't guarantee availability but we will always have an honest conversation about what's possible.
-
We agree success indicators with you before the work begins — whether that's specific cultural shifts, communication improvements, or leadership behaviours. We build in a follow-up conversation after delivery to review outcomes against what we set out to achieve.
-
We won't know until we've spoken. That's why the first conversation is free and without obligation. If what we offer isn't right for you, we'll tell you — and where we can, we'll point you in the right direction.
-
Most development doesn't stick because it isn't built around the specific people in the room. We spend time understanding your organisation before we design anything. The session itself is shaped around what your people actually need, not a programme that worked somewhere else.
