The Logos Philosophy.
“Our work is rooted in the simple but powerful idea that: life doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. Growth doesn’t come from having all the answers, but real change can happen in the exploration of the questions that matter most. So we guide our clients through uncertainty, helping them find purpose, presence, and a deeper sense of meaning”
Why Logos?
Your story deserves to be explored. Which is why we offer you a place, to pause, begin creating, question and reconnect with what matters most. Even when life feels uncertain, messy or disconnected.
Because meaning isn’t something you find in perfect circumstances. It’s something you discover in the middle of real life. Our unique approach is designed to help you do just that.
Why we do things differently.
At Logos, we believe that ‘real coaching’ isn’t just about showing up, it’s about sitting with you at the right times and in the right way. So we meet you in your ‘real moments’.
We offer coaching for...
Leaders and teams who want to inspire a culture of kindness and meaningful human connection.
Communities who want to grow together and build new forms of interconnected support.
Individuals who want to go deeper than tools and goals. From feeling lost to discovering meaning in their story.
Our Founder.
Isaac is an Accredited Coach, Speaker, Entrepreneur and the Founder of Logos Coaching.
His work draws from coaching psychology, logotherapy, existential philosophy, and lived experience. The result is a style of nuanced coaching that meets people with warmth, depth, challenge, and practical clarity.
Alongside private coaching, Isaac’s wider vision is to bring meaning-based coaching into communities, teams, and organisations so that growth, leadership, and wellbeing are shaped by humanity as much as performance.
“The most powerful gift we can offer to another person is the combination of real kindness, true service, and a better question.”
Where we’re going.
We don’t see coaching as the destination. We see it as one way to create something larger. So we’re building a platform for collective growth, community healing, and meaningful change.
The long-term vision for Logos Coaching is to help bring deeper reflection, stronger relationships, and more human ways of developing the places where people spend most of their lives.
We’re building workshops that strengthen trust, communication, and meaning at work. Talks that open honest conversation. Programmes that help people grow without losing themselves in the process.
We hope to develop our access to coaching program into something much bigger. We believe support should not be limited to a few people in private rooms. It should be available to everyone.
“When we grow together, we don’t just survive the future. We shape it.”
