Coaching, made meaningful

“The ancient Greek word Logos, refers to what allows something to be understood, expressed, and made sense of. Often translated into the word meaning, this reflects how we see our work. So we don't give answers, we guide you to understand what’s already present in your life, and help you respond to it with clarity and intention.”

Why We Exist

Many of us aren't struggling because we lack ability. Our challenges sit within our pursuit of the moments we didn’t stop to ask if they were meaningful.

A person can achieve and still feel disconnected. Be admired and still feel empty. Keep functioning and still know something important is being neglected.

We believe real coaching is about more than reaching goals or improving performance. It’s about working to live in greater alignment with what holds meaning in your life, understanding the stories that shape your choices, and building a path through life transitions that feels more coherent, courageous, and true.

How Coaching Works

Our Coaching begins with an honest conversation. A space to pause, reflect, and explore what feels most important, challenging or changing. We then work to understand what kind of change would feel meaningful to you.

From there, we shape a bespoke coaching journey around your individual needs, circumstances, and aspirations.

Our Coaching is not just about change. By helping you hear yourself clearly beneath the pressure and habit, we offer an intentional human-centred service that moves you towards meaningful pragmatic change.

Your work with our coaches may include topics such as:

Clarifying Values - To reinforce meaning-centred decision-making.

Exploring Narrative Identity - The Contamination and Redemption Story Types we tell ourselves and others.

Understanding Patterns - The Self-Destruction Monkey and our Limiting Belief Luggage .

Building confidence - Through action, Self-exposure and Self-leadership during Life Transitions.

Responsive tools - Learning to Respond Differently to Challenge and Uncertainty.

Practical next steps - Meaningful Goals, delivered in actionable steps.

All sessions are confidential, professionally held, and grounded in real life. Our work together will be designed collaboratively to create a change that can be sustained in the reality of your life, work and relationships.

  • “Every interaction I have with Isaac is insightful and inspiring. He is warm, welcoming and offers a calm that is infectious. Each time I speak with Isaac I have a greater sense of possibility, new ideas and ways to transform ideas into a meaningful reality. Isaac is compassionate, committed and caring in every conversation and it is a joy to work with him.”

    - Alex Whitton

  • “I highly recommend working with Isaac. He has a rare ability to make people feel both seen and challenged in the best possible way. His calm presence makes it easy to open up while his way of asking questions gently pushes you to think differently, look at situations from new perspectives and explore opportunities you hadn't considered before. He genuinely cares about people and is committed to supporting their growth.”

    - Giorgia Guazzarotti

  • “I originally came to Logos for career coaching, but over the 3 months it became so much more valuable than that. My coach helped me think about the lens in which I was seeing my world through. I uncovered my contamination stories, discovered my redemption story and learned to recognise how I was showing up under pressure. The results were practical straight away and week by week I was guided to create a life I now say feels more meaningful that it ever has before.”

    - Theo Ibáñez

  • “I’ve had coaching, therapy and explored many self development pathways before. This isn’t just coaching. His approach with me changed my life. I am neurodivergent and I thought I was lost. I felt angry with myself for being different and ashamed for feeling stuck. My coach empowered me to understand that my differences are gifts. We worked together for only 4 weeks and I feel more unapologetically myself than I ever have.”

    - Sophie Milburn

  • "Isaac’s coaching helped me broaden my perspective by dismantling belief systems I once built to protect myself but no longer served me. Through his thoughtful, intuitive, and compassionate guidance, I’ve learned to operate from a place of love instead of fear. Working with him has allowed me to gain clarity and liberation in ways that have deeply transformed how I move through the world."

    - Cristiana Radu

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Professional coaching is a structured conversation where a professionally trained coach will ask questions, challenge assumptions, and reflect back what they hear so you can see it more clearly.

It is not advice or therapy. The work is in understanding what matters, where you are not being fully honest with yourself, and what it would look like to act with more clarity and responsibility.

  • A lot of coaching focuses on goals, performance, or mindset.

That can be useful, but it often skips a more important question.
Why those goals matter in the first place.

Our work focuses on meaning, identity, and direction. Not just how to move forward, but whether the direction is actually yours.

  • Our coaches have a range of coaching tools and methodologies to bring into your sessions.

But in a nutshell. You will bring something real. This could be a decision you are stuck on, a situation that doesn't sit right or something you keep circling without resolving.

We take that and stay with it. We listen actively, ask questions, challenge assumptions, and reflect things back to you.

Sometimes that creates a decision. It may shift how you see the situation or show you something you had been avoiding.

You leave with something clearer than you came in with, and something specific you can act on.

This explorative process, over time, evokes a deep understanding and guides you towards actionable and practical changes.

  • We will talk you through your goals and reasons for coaching before your first session.

Many of our clients don't arrive with a clear goal in mind and some who do can find that their goals change as we go through the sessions.

Most arrive with a sense that something is off, or needs to change but they cannot quite define it yet.

    That is enough to begin.

Part of the work is figuring out what actually matters, rather than forcing a goal that sounds good but doesn’t hold up.

We’ll guide you through that process.

  • It depends on what you want to explore and how you prefer to work.

Some people come for a single session or a short period around a specific decision or transition. Others stay for longer to work through deeper patterns or ongoing change.

Most clients begin with a few months. That tends to give enough time for the work to settle and for something meaningful to shift.

There’s no fixed timeline. We review as we go and decide what still feels useful.

  • Coaching is a commitment to yourself.

If you are not ready or unsure then we would ask you to think about what would get you ready? What would help you feel sure?

Book the free conversation instead. Use it to bring something you’re currently dealing with and see how it feels to work through it in this way.

You’ll get a sense quite quickly whether it’s useful or not.

If it is, we carry on. If it isn’t, you’ve still taken something from the conversation.

  • We offer a few different ways to work together, depending on how much support you want and how you prefer to structure it.

That includes one-off sessions, a 90-minute deep dive, and ongoing coaching on a monthly, fortnightly, or quarterly basis.

The work itself stays the same. What changes is the amount of time, consistency, and level of support.

For people who want something more tailored, we can also design a bespoke coaching arrangement. That might look like a different session rhythm, a mix of formats, or something built around a specific context.

Most clients start with a conversation and we agree what makes sense from there.

  • Yes, but it only works if they actually want to engage with the process.

Coaching is not something you can do to someone. They have to be willing to show up honestly and emerse themselves into the sessions.

If you’re considering gifting it, the best approach is usually to speak to them first.

We can then set it up as a session or a short package they can use when they’re ready.

If they’re unsure, it can make more sense to gift the initial conversation rather than a full programme.

One important note on gifting is that our coaching is completely confidential. Therefore we are unable to discuss the details of our coaching sessions with you once the process has started.

  • Coaching only works if the conversations are useful and you’re getting something from them.

That’s usually clear quite early on. If it’s not landing, we address it directly rather than continuing out of habit or obligation.

Sometimes that means adjusting how we’re working. Sometimes it means deciding not to continue.

If that happens, we’ll pause and talk it through. You won’t be charged for work that hasn’t happened. Any sessions already used are non-refundable, but anything remaining can be returned.

The aim is not to keep you in coaching. It’s to make sure the time you spend with us is valuable and meaningful. .

  • We understand that coaching isn’t always financially accessible in a straightforward way.

Through our ‘Supported Places Program’ in collaboration with a small number of charity and community partnerships, we offer supported places where coaching is either subsidised or fully covered.

These spaces are very limited and offered where appropriate. There is a waiting list and eligibility criteria.

If this is something you’re exploring, you’re welcome to reach out and we can talk it through.
