Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment.

We do not diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions.

If specialist support is appropriate, we encourage clients to seek a suitably qualified professional.

No specific personal, business, financial, or psychological outcome is guaranteed.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or restricts any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

Where you are purchasing services as a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We aim to act fairly, transparently, and in good faith in all client relationships.

6. Online and Distance Bookings

Services must be booked in advance.

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Depending on the service, payment may be:

• Paid in full upfront

Bookings are confirmed once payment terms are accepted and any required payment has been received.

Where refunds are issued, they will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Where associate coaches or team practitioners are involved, appropriate confidentiality and data handling standards will apply.

For commissioned organisational work, confidentiality boundaries will be clarified in advance.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to handling personal data responsibly and in line with applicable UK data protection law.

Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement will take precedence for that booking.

All such practitioners are expected to meet appropriate professional, ethical, and confidentiality requirements.
